What We Offer

• •Free features: Compression, conversion, resizing, downloads under 150 MB – no payment required, no refunds applicable.
• •Paid features: $0.99 for downloading files over 150 MB or sending/shareable links.

When You May Receive a Refund

• •Service failure: If you pay $0.99 and are unable to download your file or access the send link due to a technical error on our side.
• •Duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same transaction.
• •Unauthorised transaction: If you did not authorise the payment.

When Refunds Are Not Issued

• •Change of mind.
• •File not meeting your expectations (we recommend testing free features first).
• •You lost or cannot find your download link (we provide instructions to copy it).
• •Your file was rejected by a third party (e.g., email server). We only guarantee compression to your target size, not acceptance by external systems.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5‑10 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to the payment method used.
