Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Compressandgo provides browser‑based file compression, conversion, and resizing tools. All processing happens locally in your browser. Files are never uploaded to our servers.

Free vs Paid Features

• •Free: Compression, AVIF conversion, PDF→Markdown, image resizing, PDF→JPEG, downloads of results under 150 MB.
• •Paid ($0.99 one‑time): Downloads of results over 150 MB, and sending/shareable links. After payment, batch limits increase to 50 files (1 GB each) for 24 hours.

Payments & Refunds

• •Payments are processed via Paystack.
• •All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver the service you paid for.
• •To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of payment.

User Responsibilities

• •You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• •You agree not to use our service for illegal activities.
• •You agree not to upload files that contain malware, viruses, or harmful content.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and code on Compressandgo are the property of Themedtrustventures. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our code without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that compression will always achieve your exact target size or that the service will be error‑free.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any).

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria and the United States.
